Househunters and footy fanatics are being given the chance to buy a house that a retired Australian football legend has called home.
Four-time Hawthorn premiership player and 1987 Brownlow Medal winner John ‘The Rat’ Platten and his wife Leanne have put their renovated Torrensville property at 86 Ashley St on the market.
The couple have lived in the local heritage listed 1890 stone villa for 20 and 35 years respectively but are selling to downsize.
